About Cookies on equanimo.ai
This website (equanimo.ai) uses cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our site — for example when you submit our contact form or request a demo of the Equanimo platform (Policy Engine, AI Compliance Library, AI Asset Inventory, AI Cockpit and Dashboard, and Prompt Monitoring). Because we respect your right to privacy, you can choose not to allow some types of cookies. Click on each category below to find out more. Blocking some types of cookies may limit certain features of the site, such as form submission.
This page covers only equanimo.ai. It does not cover the Equanimo Desktop Tool or the Equanimo browser extension (AI Prompt Collector), which are installed separately by our customers' end users and are governed by their own extension- and application-specific data notices, presented at installation — see our Privacy Policy for how the two relate.
As of the date below, equanimo.ai sets only the cookies strictly necessary for the site to function; we are not currently running analytics, advertising, or functionality cookies on the website. The categories below are shown as they would apply if and when those cookie types are introduced, so this settings panel stays accurate as equanimo.ai evolves. If we add any such cookies in the future, we will name the specific tool and cookie(s) here and in our Privacy Policy before they are set, and will present a consent choice at that time.
Necessary — Always active
These cookies are necessary for equanimo.ai to function and cannot be switched off. On our site, they are set only in response to actions you take — such as submitting our contact form, requesting a product demo, or setting a cookie preference here. They do not track you across other websites. These are currently the only cookies equanimo.ai sets.
Analytics — Not currently in use
Analytics cookies would help us understand how visitors engage with equanimo.ai — for example, which pages people view before requesting a demo. Equanimo currently run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager analytics tool on equanimo.ai (our site runs on Elementor without an analytics layer). If we add analytics cookies in the future, this section will name the specific tool and cookie(s) used, and you will be able to opt in or out here before they are set.
Advertisement — Not currently in use
Advertisement cookies would be used to make ads more relevant to visitors of equanimo.ai, measure campaign performance, and avoid repeating ads a visitor has already seen. Equanimo does not currently run advertising pixels or retargeting tags (such as Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or Google Ads remarketing) on equanimo.ai. If this changes as part of our go-to-market efforts, this section will be updated with the specific tool(s) in use.
Functionality — Not currently in use
Functionality cookies are optional cookies that personalize a visitor's experience on equanimo.ai, such as remembering a completed demo-request form or chat history across visits. Equanimo does not currently set functionality cookies on equanimo.ai. If we add a live-chat, chatbot, or personalization feature to the site in the future, this section will identify the specific cookie(s) it sets.
Your Choices
Because equanimo.ai currently sets only strictly necessary cookies, there is nothing to opt out of today — an Accept All / Save Settings control will appear here once we actually introduce analytics, advertising, or functionality cookies, so your choice is captured before those cookies are set. You can check back on this page at any time to see what has changed.
Questions about cookies on equanimo.ai can be directed to privacy@equanimo.ai, our Privacy Officer. See our full Privacy Policy for how Equanimo handles personal data more broadly, including through the Equanimo platform and the Desktop Tool / browser extension.
